President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua on Thursday July 26 swore-in newly appointed ministers in the Federal Executive Council at a colourful ceremony held at the Council chambers of the State House, Abuja.

The President warned the ministers in a speech not to see their appointment as an opportunity for self-aggrandizement or the pursuit of narrow interests but an opportunity to serve at the highest level and contribute to national restoration.
